Once an operating room nurse and nurse manager, Jackie saw a demonstration on metal clay, and she knew she'd finally found her niche. After taking certification classes later in 2000, she soon became a senior instructor in Art Clay, and in 2001, she accepted a position as one of two directors of education, flying to Japan for her Master's training.
